SESSIONS ARE:
$99 for 45 minutes
This will take you to my calendar of availability where you can select a day/time which is most convenient for you. I can only see people who are located in 38 of the 50 states, and also Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and Washington D.C. Using your Aetna or Cigna Insurance
Do you live in WASHINGTON or TEXAS and have Aetna or Cigna insurance you would like to use?
Alma is a company I use to manage patients who are using insurance. At that link, you can CHECK YOUR COVERAGE to get a cost estimate for your sessions. This will allow us to verify you are covered by your insurance prior to scheduling an appointment. You also have the option of scheduling a 15 minute CONSULATION with me prior to scheduling an appointment. After the consultation, we can discuss scheduling of the first appointment once your insurance is approved!

What makes Mindset Therapy different?
The ability to message your provider between sessions. While you are an active patient with Mindset Therapy, you have access to messaging where you can contact your provider between sessions with questions or concerns. This provides you with ownership of your treatment and you don't have to wait until your next appointment should a situation arise that you would like guidance on. The messaging, as well as the video sessions, are all conducted on this website so you have all treatment tools in one place.
